Hey there!

We are Marcus and Ella Smith! After we got married in May 2021, we started MESI LLC in January 2022, using our LLC for photography and handmade products. We started out doing our business on the side while working full time jobs. By January 2024 we had transitioned from photography into Freeze Drying, the following February we had started in our first commercial kitchen! Now we are full time in our Freeze Drying business and still dabble in our hobbies of photography and handmade products. We are so excited to be on this journey and for the opportunity for you to be apart of it!
