Pick Up Service
At Timeless Freeze Drying, we offer a pick-up service. Once order is placed, you can come pick up your order from our kitchen located in Pine Ridge Mall food court. After 1-3 business days your order should be complete and waiting for you there.

Return & Exchange Policy
We offer full refunds if product is not satisfactory. Since products are fragile, we will not refund if squished in the shipping process. We do our best packaging to ensure that doesn't happen.
